Here at Dr Neena Aesthetics our medical aesthetic treatments will only aim for natural results, enhancing and rejuvenating your facial features, i.e. a better version of you! Anti-wrinkle Injections…
Botulinum toxin type A is a naturally occurring bacterial protein used for anti-wrinkle treatment. It has been used by doctors for many years to reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles. A small needle (with only minor discomfort) is used to inject just under the skin into the facial muscles responsible for excessive contractions that cause the wrinkles to relax.
- Anti-wrinkle treatment normally takes 7-14 days to take full effect.
- Treatment results last from 3-6 months.
- Treatment time is short usually taking 10 minutes for the procedure.
- Results will also depend on the strength of your facial muscles and your individual response to the injection.

Dermal fillers are Hyaluronic acid-based injectable materials used to reduce wrinkles and treat deficits in facial volume. They work by restoring volume and hydration to areas of the face where this has been lost, which improves facial contouring and signs of ageing. A local anaesthesic cream is applied to numb the skin prior to treatment, then a small needle is used to inject filler into the dermal layer of the skin. We also use a dermal filler with additional local anaesthesic in the product to ensure you are comfortable throughout treatment.
- Dermal filler treatment works immediately. Full effect can be seen 2 weeks post treatment.
- Treatment lasts up to 18 months.
- Treatment time is short usually taking 20-30 mins for the procedure.
